The Juice and coffee shop opened for business not only because my wife and I had this vision of a Hispanic restaurant in Easton, but also because we wanted to show everyone that you can eat good food with less money, specially now a days where the whole world is going through financial crisis.
My wife, Elisabeth Perilla, had owned a restaurant business for a dozen of years back in Bogota Colombia before she came to the US in January 2010 when we got married, at the time I was only working part time or small project jobs for different recruiters. Seeing that the financial crisis was not going to be over soon, we decided to venture ourselves into the line of business my wife knew and it was her expertise. This is how The Juice and Coffee shop was born in the second quarter of 2011.

We strive to provide high quality service and products to our customers at a very low cost. Our big variety of breakfast items, which by the way you can purchase all day long, as well as our different Peruvian and Colombian dishes for lunch and early dinner had made us one of the favorite spots for locals and outsiders.
